Answers to our most commonly asked questions

Minimum Orders

For DIGITAL Printing the minimum order is 1 but there may be art work charges if the design is not print ready.
For SILK SCREEN the minimum order is 5 pieces but there is a limit to the number of colors that can be printed per location.
For Embroidery The minimum is 1 but we contract out our digitizing and depending on the design there may be a ONE TIME digitizing fee.
For Small Stickers 3 to 5 inches the minimum is 50.
For anything else please ask.

Lead Times

“When can I get it?” you ask. We ask “When do you need it?” We try our best to meet your needs.
If its tomorrow we will let you know what we can do for you. Normally for items in stock we like to have 7 to 10 days.
For items ordered from the US 14 days from the following Wednesday of the week you placed the order.
We place our orders most every Wednesday and recieve the shipments the following Friday. The items are then printed in the following week.
For Stickers banner and such. The lead varies by the condition in which we receive the art work. Print ready is normally completed in a few days.

Art Work

The short answer is we do our best to accomodate.
The best is a pristine vector file in .ai .cdr or svg.
But most people who want shirts are not designers.
So we accept hand drawings to cut out collages. Please send a picture or scan in a pdf or .jpeg.
If we cannot read your file format we will let you know.
Just Have an Idea? We will help as well.
Depending on the project size and scope we may ask for an artwork fee to be refunded at the time of purchase.


Digitizing is an art form we send all of your embroidery to the pros we charge you what they charge us.
For larger orders over 20 pieces we absorb the cost.


We dont wanna do em but we will.
Depending on the project size and scope we may ask for a Sample fee to be refunded at the time of purchase of the larger batch order.
This is to cover the costs incurred by us in the event you decide not to place the larger order the deposit will not be refunded.

Payment Options

We accept :
Cash: Either Yen or Dollar or even a combination of both.
Credit/ Debit: VISA MASTER AMEX.
All dollar quotes will be changed to Japanese Yen. This may cause slight discrepency with your final bill from your credit card company.
They charge their yen rate when converting back to dollars.

Delivery Pickup & Shipping

Pick up can be made at our Kin Shop or Rycom Location during regular business hours. Please specify your prefered location at time of order.
We ship to all Japanese local addresses as well as FPO APO via the Japan post which delivers to your Base post office.
The charge is Free for orders over 300 dollars for orders less than that we charge what they charge depending on your location.
IN some cases we are able to deliver to Marine bases.
WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE so if we have to meet you some where we can work it out.
